THE PROCESS

We have in stock several units of  Solihull Series o Santana in 88 SWB or LWB 109 (3 and or 5 doors) ready for future projects, all of them are complete and with original documents.  

The first function is the complete disassembly of the vehicle until the truck is completely bare in chassis, to start working on the frame, which we explain below.

The work begins by the foundations. We  begin to work on the chassis,  being sanded and painted with special anticorrosive paint.

We also offer the possibility of galvanizing the frame.

 Engines are to a deep service. Being replaced all the elements of injection, feeding, cooling, pipes, gaskets, tanks and fluids.

However, being vehicles with so much work behind them, we always consider the possibility of completely rebuilding the engine.

As well,  our vehicles to an exhaustive service of the rest of elements which conform the car, such as suspension, ball joints and axles.

Clutch, pumps, brakes and lines are completely new.

The body is completely disassembled. Being sanded until reaching the original aluminum. 

Then it is treated and painted in the color chosen by the client.

The body frame, as well as the structure of the front window, and several interior details, are treated and galvanized,  just as it left the factory.

Following our ultimate goal, idea is to give a second life to these old landys while maintaining originality. 

Interiors: Seats and benches are brand new, offering a wide variety of colors and fabrics as well for softops and structure

In addition and following the personality and comfort of each client, we offer different details such as electric power steering, upgraded brake system, electric heated seats speaker system and teak wood floor.
